Great location for our Concord dragon boat festival. @10 minutes to get to grounds. Beds were comfortable. The couch is not a great pull out bed. Mattress is way to thin and you can feel the frame. Recommend just sleeping on the top of couch.
Showers were great.
Kitchen had all the amenities.
Felt safe in the area. Grocery stores were about a 10 minute walk. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had, really appreciate that. Thank you. Would stay again.
The city of Vancouver was unfortunately quite horrifying upon arrival with the homelessness. But this place is a cute, quaint spot with a good view to watch all the chaos go down and step into some classiness. Very modern designed apartment, it was slightly smaller than expected but worked well for our group of 6 all weekend. Host was very communicative and helpful! The apartment was clean and had all the necessities needed for a weekend away.
We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Rogers arena and other venues was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we went. The suite had everything we needed as well.
This apartment was great. It was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The property manager was very communicative and friendly. The surrounding area can be a little rough but it was nothing dangerous if you are aware of your surroundings. 5/5 stars, we had a great stay in Vancouver here.
Here for the weekend for fun and picked this place not sure what to expect (first time in Vancouver). Great experience with the host and quick communication. Place was clean and had modern. Close to sightseeing and nice walks. Compact car parking but the street parking was also really inexpensive and safe.
The location, owner/manager, condo itself were all amazing. He was always reachable, polite and helpful. There's advice on things to do. The place is super clean and has everything you need to relax, cook and enjoy your stay for vacation or business purposes. Will be coming back to this place for any event at the Stadium or Rogers Place.
Easy to walk to local attractions as long as you avoided E Hastings St.
We were astonished that in this day in age that local TV access was not provided only Netflix and Amazon.
There was little to no closet space for hanging clothes.
Host was very prompt in responding to our queries.
Information on closest grocery and drug stores would have been helpful.

A great property for four people going to a concert at BC Place or Rogers Arena. Clean and modern. Bright and open with many windows, but if you like to sleep in make sure you bring a sleep mask. Warm in a hot spell, but a portable air conditioner and fans were provided that really helped. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but fine during the day, and close to popular venues. Communication with the owner was great. Getting in was a few steps, but fairly straight forward. Parking spot was in underground parking. It was convenient, but make sure you don't bring a truck as it won't fit. Overall, it was excellent and we would definately stay again.
The place was in a pretty good location to downtown. Was a good price
Could have been cleaner.
The floor felt like we were going to fall into it, in a section of the living room and kitchen.
They left us a paper with some instructions of what area not to walk in. Also told us to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine there was none.
People who are not from a high population density environment may be reminded that security techniques in high density locations are often done with electronic sensing and they must start by obtaining the mobile part of that system. Those arriving by car must find a place on a city street to park before expecting to go into a garage. Instructions for how to get the mobile part must be followed while their car sits outside. The mobile part (fob) can activate motors to vertically raise garage gates. Once inside the garage they may have to expect a parking space more narrow than the one they have at home. This property is a corner apartment with views to the south and west. It is clean and well furnished, with possible liquid gifts for guests. The kitchen has a high microwave and low toaster oven. Room heat system is baseboard, with a thermostat that reports time to reach a desired higher temperature. There is a shower without a tub and a shower with a tub. Neither has a place for specifically holding bar soap, but need for that may depend on age of user. Those interested in going to Stanley Park or on to North Vancouver may drive from the property on Pender Street to simplify their path. Those interested in sit down Chinese food can find a good restaurant just steps southwest from the front door. Those interested in science can walk south, then west to a museum for that. Waterfront views of the stadium and city skyline from there are fine.

Nice Unit
The unit was modern and roomy for our party of four adults. It was very clean. The bedrooms were a little small. In one bedroom you had to climb over your partner to get to your side of the bed as the bed was up against the wall. There was an assigned parking spot in the gated secure garage but it could only accommodate a small car. There were four of us with four large pieces of luggage so our rental car was not small. This made the parking experience quite a challenge. We ended up parking in the units garage but not in a numbered space but on a ramp instead. We crossed our fingers that we would not be towed away. There was an outstanding chinese restaurant right next door that we really enjoyed. Vancouver is a very beautiful city and we enjoyed most aspects of it. Two blocks from this unit is the heart of Vancouver's homeless population, which is substantial. It was heartbreaking to witness this so close to our unit. It did not detract from our stay but we were cautioned not to park our car on the street overnight as it may not be safe.
My family stayed at this property in March 2025 and while almost everything was great for us, the pull out sofa bed was not an option for sleeping. It's super thin and you can feel every spring. It was really uncomfortable. My teenager ended up folding it back up and just sleeping on it as a regular sofa which wasn't great. Otherwise the apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The area is close to East Hastings so there is some spillover of the homeless around the building but we didn't feel unsafe. We used Uber which is quite cheap in Vancouver and they are everywhere. This unit is perfect for a group of 4 people. 6 is a stretch unless you have an air mattress.
Host is a great communicator. Property is fine , few things need attention:1).Drawer in kitchen and bathroom are disarray, needs to be more organized.2). No info on how to use the dryer since "washer and dryer" are the same machine.3). The blind (curtain) are malfunction (2 of them located in family room).
Stayed for two nights for a concert and was great walking distance for the train station, area and amazing restaurants. I had a truck which wouldn't fit in the provided parking space but there was public parking across the street which fit my vehicle perfectly. Highly recommend and the host got back quickly and wish our trip was longer for such a great spot.

Great location, and very good amenities inside. We stayed for a week and would recommend it for longer Vancouver trips.
Very easy to check in, etc.
Everything was clean, nice, modern.
Sleeping was comfortable.
Nice bathrooms.
Roads nearby are a little sketchy, but we had no problems.
I stayed here with 4 other people for 5 days and we had a great stay. The apartment is very nice and we were very thankful to have two bathrooms. There are some homelessness issues in the area but not much worse than other cities. The main gripe I had was with the parking. It was confusing figuring out how to get to the parking spot (someone needs to go up to the room to get the fob before you can park) and the parking spot was quite small (we had a Honda Pilot and were able to park there but had to be super careful when pulling in and backing out). These issues aren’t the fault of the host, though, I just want to let future guests know. Overall, we had a really fun trip! Vancouver has a lot of cool places to check out.
