"Excellent experience. The property was clean and well designed. The two pools were beautiful with one slightly heated for adults. The star party event Saturday night was awesome - kudos to the astronomer and his telescope. The property is surrounded by oaks and cedars and sits on a hilltop ridge. It felt private, but restaurants weren’t far in Kerrville. I didn’t realize it was a time share property and was surprised to be asked to join a sales tour. But it wasn’t required - I declined and it was no big deal. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property on the Frio River! The home was very clean, comfortable, and truly pet friendly, which made traveling with our dogs so easy and stress free.The owners were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They answered questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.One thing we especially appreciated was that towels and linens were provided. In this area, many rentals require you to bring your own, so this made our trip so much easier.Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again"

"The house was clean and in good order. The houses are more like cabins in nature versus what one would find in connection with a weekend VRBO. The kitchen was equipped. There is no washer or dryer on property. The bedrooms were clean and spacious in both houses. The fire pit, children’s play equipment and grill area were a great bonus. River entry is good for younger families or those who have no difficulty with three levels of steps. The host’s instructions were clear and concise. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. The stars at night were beautiful. The mornings were crisp, cool, and the river so very clear. We enjoyed our stay! "

" The kitchen was fuilly equiped with everything I needed to cook. The ac work very well, and the inside of the cabin was clean. It was very peaceful, just what i wanted. I am sure it gets busy in the summer time, but i chose the right time to make this trip. There was a fire ring outside the cabin as well as a a BQQ grill. The frio river is just a few feet away which was really great. Be sure to bring your own bed sheets, linens, and pillows."
