"Staff were excellent during the stay. The value of the chalet and onsite amenities is superb. Camilla at the breakfast cafe was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with in the mornings. The staff was very accommodating and patient despite me not knowing Portuguese with a few English speakers onsite. Will stay again if i have another weekend in the area"

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna. "
