"Enjoyed our mini family reunion on the lake! The house was spacious for our group, and the hot tub was ready when we got there! Check in was easy and property management checked in and was easy to contact throughout the week. Mid-week the hot tub chemicals were off, and the host was able to come out to remediate within 24 hours! Thank you!We would recommend extra paper towels - with no kitchen towels we quickly went through the provided rolls."

"The house was very clean upon arrival. Check in instructions were easy and we were able to enter without any issues. The house was big enough for a family of three. We enjoyed the fire pit outside in the evening. The location of the home was great - we were close to a lot of wineries and multiple state parks, all within a 45 minute drive."

"I reserved this VRBO stay for my friend's bachelorette, and we all had a great time! The property is huge and perfect for a summer stay. We had a lovely time playing giant Jenga and watching movies in the "man cave" house, while we enjoyed meals in the main house (which had two kitchens and several rooms and beds), and we also loved the fire pit outdoors and easy access to the lake. The host Chris was very quick to get back to me on questions I had, and clean up didn't take too long. The view of the lake was definitely the highlight for me, and it's off of a main road, so it was easy enough to find! I will just note that if you are someone who doesn't like bugs (namely spiders), there are quite a lot of spiders outside the house / around the property. We just brushed away spider webs with a broom and then rinsed the area near the fire pit with a hose, and that was enough for us!"

"The Cottage is adorable and was perfect for our family of four. The lake access was incredible; swam, kayaked, and just floated. Close enough to towns for an easy trip with plenty of time left in the day to enjoy the house. Hosts were great too!"

"Had a great week and a lovely lake house. Home was clean, well stocked and easy to settle in. Was a quick drive to several state parks, and we were able to rent a boat for a few days from a local vendor. Our two boys (age 10 and 6) had a blast!"

"Really enjoyed our stay! Met the owners and they were very nice to chat with. My daughter in her Kayak nearly caught brown trout that was around 30". Unfortunately it broke her line as she tried to get it in the Kayak. Varick is the prettiest location along Cayuga Lake. As an older guy with some serios medical issues it would have been nice to a bath/toilet on the first floor as it was difficult to climb the stairs to get to the two full beautiful bathrooms upstairs."
