The place to stay at in Golden Sands
We had a few rooms for a family reunion. I had a few mishaps during check-in but the hotel staff went above and beyond to try to make it up for everything. The hotel is very clean, 20 steps from the beach, service is top notch. The front desk was probably the only department that was lacking a bit. The buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Chef Dimitar at the omelet station was noticeably super friendly and nice to all guests. Rooms are large, I highly recommend the high floor rooms - sea view with balcony. Overall a great stay and we all had a fabulous time.

Relaxation in the Golden Sands
The hotel is located in the central area, very close to the beach, spacious and interesting design room, the food was very good, infinity pool was amazing. The hotel does not have its own beach, which I consider to be a big disadvantage. At 4 o'clock in the morning on August 28, 2021, the alarm rang, it was a mistake, but nobody apologized and did not give us explanations for the incident. It was very unpleasant for all the hotel guests who were awakened and scared.

Very noisy hotel, loud music from the skyfall pool, from the opposite bar, from the rooms. I find this hotel suitable only for a short stay 1-2 nights. Large groups of men from the Middle East with unsuitable manners in the restaurant and lobby make the stay unpleasant. Dinner offers a choice but the food is tasteless. Hotel facilities, bathrooms, carpets out dated, needs renovation, not suitable for 5 star rating . There is no beach area for the hotel. If you have to choose this hotel pack earplugs.

We had a nice stay altogether. We had very noisy neighbors (or very thin walls...) the hotel moved us to a different room that was more quiet. Food at breakfast is cold and does nit change at all from day to day. Fresh juice costs extra.

Both rooms wreaked of cigarettes the rooms were simply dated. The staff were unhelpful and the breakfast was horrendous. Will never stay again.

Top hotel in Golden Sands
We stayed in the Tower Suites and the room was great - spacious, clean, confortable beds. The sea view was excellent from an upper floor. The exterior pool was nice and clean, and I liked that it was not very crowded during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The parking looked very safe and organized. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

First and last time visiting International
There was no buffet, disappointing breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had to choose only one meal, NOTHING LIKE ALL-INCLUSIVE. The food was ok but there were a few options to choose between.

Nice building. Modern. Spacious room. Pool area clean. Staff in pool bar friendly and good service. Reception staff on arrival did not meet our expectations in terms of being welcoming or friendly which was disappointing as first impressions do count. Even if there is a language barrier, everyone recognises a smile! We also ate in the restaurant each of the 4 nights we were there and not once were we asked if we would like a drink from the restaurant bar. Staff just appeared to take out plates away when we finished our meal. No interaction other than that. Restaurant food limiting. No private beach or allocation for hotel residents of sun beds on the beach. The beach was just across from the hotel and there were ‘Free Zones’ to lay on the beach but sun loungers were at a charge. For a 5 star hotel and service, these factors fails to meet our expectations and for these reasons we would not return or recommend. Would like to say however that from my Expedia check in review, guest relations did reply to our comments and issues were raised and they appeared to take our comments on board. We were also given a bowl of fruit in response.
