"Room was huge, palatial might be more accurate ! Entry hall, a sitting room too, big bathroom and very quiet ; bed was super comfy and linen equally wonderful...best sleep. Staff were equally great, engaging and happy to assist. It's very close to the airport, right across the street ; free shuttle should be offered (we were ripped off by taxi company, $12 U.S for a - gee - five minute drive). Metro station close by too."

The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. "The hotel was excellent. Special mention to: Mayeuresh -excellent gym trainer. Should definitely have his own session in physiotherapy. Thai Massage. He helped me quite a bit with cramps/muscle strain Marshall, citrus restaurant. Another excellent member of staff. Very attentive. Very nice day very enjoyable. Prapti-citrus -very hard-working member of staff with excellent interpersonal skills. Sony – excellent, Yoga Teacher. Praveen – Reception. Excellent member of staff made our check in and checking out very easy and welcoming."

"Rooms were spotless with amazing breakfast and dinner menu's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Novatel has great views of Juhu beach and we found an amazing person called Raju( +91 91729 05057) who showed us around Mumbai and Film city. Highly recommend both Novatel and Raju."
