"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "This is a tall, modernish hotel in the newer area of Lisbon. It's convenient to the aquarium and the activities, shopping and restaurants between that and the Vasco da Gama bridge. It isn't to far to get downtown either. We liked it, staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good, though the room was pretty small."

Only issue we have is common among Europe…what’s up with these half covered showers that force you to squeeze yourself close to the shower head (or risk wetting the bathroom floor).
