"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "The front office staff were very lovely. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbour and port so mornings and evenings were well spent on the balcony. The breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. The rooms were a bit underwhelming and maybe not quite worth the price we paid but overall it was a great stay."

"Nice hotel with lovely grounds and pool area. Room had good AC and a small shower with amazing water pressure. Check-in was a bit slow and disorganized, but staff were friendly enough to. Restaurant is quite good, an important consideration as there are not a ton of options nearby unless you have a car. Easy walk to the Paestum archaeological park. Pool patrons are required to wear a bathing cap (these can be purchased at the hotel — helpful for those of us who hadn’t seen one in decades). Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices and good coffee. Dinner at the restaurant was also well worth it, particularly the pineapple ice cream crumble dessert. Would definitely recommend this property."

"I absolutely love this hotel. The spa truly makes it with all the different features. It’s one of a kind and by just staying in the hotel, you can use all the facilities from the salt room to the seaweed room and internal pools. It’s phenomenal! The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I wish it was just a little easier to get taxis and the Front Desk could help a little more with that, but they are friendly and professional. The view from the balcony is incredible. The food at the restaurant is very tasty. The pool is simple, but you can swim in the Mediterranean. All in all an incredible value."
