Towels were scratchy, beds very uncomfortable, shower pressure was nonexistent and there was no hot water in one of th bathrooms. No hangers for clothing and the clothing bar was broken. This experience was awful. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first. "

The property managers were unbelievable helpful and kind to both me, my son, and everyone who walked in the door. You felt at home immediately."
