"The elevators are terribly slow, all of the guests were commenting while waiting and travelling in the elevators. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are not refreshed between nights, so no fresh towels, coffee, etc. Be sure to ask for water at the front desk, it's nice that they have it. Room check in 4:00, this is not great for travellers, there are people crowding the lobby waiting to get into rooms. You can pay more for an earlier check in, $100. It is a nice hotel with comfortable beds, and great location."

"Only con is the hot tub, it was dirty with yellow and scum along the sides of the walls. Pool is also in the basement and not very aesthetically appealing. Almost made for children with the large polka dots painted on the walls. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable, check in and out were fast."

"The hotel lobby really nice not sure about breakfast I didnt get any. Staff was extremely nice. The room was just extremely hot. I turned the fan on and still hot there wasnt an AC option & the vent was small. You need your key everytime you use the elevators which was annoying & the parking spaces just sucked. You have to constantly have someone buzz you into the parking garage. Worst part its in the back of the building. It was very close to the Venue I attented and had a few things near by but I prob wouldnt book this one again. "

"The older gentleman that valeted my car when I got there, then I had the same guy when I left was absolutely amazing!!! He was so nice and was so above and beyond!!! Sorry I can’t remember his name…You need more staff like him!! "
