The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining entitlement to the cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays being treated as non-working days, meaning the next working day applies in such cases. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
