The Bestzeit Holiday Apartment is part of House Ladina, which also accommodates holiday apartments numbered 63, 68, and 78. A visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site, amounting to CHF 4.50 per night for persons aged 16 years and above, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the office in exchange for a deposit. Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, although a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cancellation cases. For cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival, you retain the right to propose a replacement tenant, provided that the substitute tenant is deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is the determining factor for the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferring to the next working day. In the event of a premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
