Romero, Independent Chalet with Pool and Sea Views

Casa Romero is located in a green residential area above the small yacht and fishing harbor of Caleta de Velez, about 30 km east of Malaga. A staircase leads from the street to the entrance, opening directly into the spacious living area with panoramic window, glazed veranda, and access to the pool terrace.



The bright living room features air conditioning, a built-in fireplace, and central heating. A large glass door connects the living room to the glazed veranda, where the dining table is located. Another door leads from the kitchen directly to the veranda. The living room is equipped with a large satellite TV with German channels and digital radio stations.



There are three comfortable bedrooms with a total of six single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, and insect screens. The master bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. From the living room, a large glass door leads to the bright dining area in the veranda. The small terrace offers a wonderful view of the surroundings and the bay of Torre del Mar—perfect for relaxing at sunset.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has its own access to the dining area. A washing machine is also available.



The house sits on a well-kept property with lawns and exotic plants. Around the house, you will find sunny and shaded spots to relax. On the pool terrace, there is a covered seating area with ceiling fan and an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator. Six sun loungers with cushions and umbrellas, a charcoal grill, and a cooler bag are also provided.
