"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. "It is a small very clean hotel, well maintained and neat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bressanone and I will certainly stay there when I visit Brixen again."
