"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. "Giancarlo was very nice and very on top of things. The place was not what we were expecting. Location was excellent especially if you are traveling in peak season for the beach. It's very noisy with both the traffic and the air conditioning. Breakfast was simple and nice. Good budget hotel "

"This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. The breakfast is wonderful, no hot food, but everything else you could ask for in a bed and breakfast-tyoe breakfast. But there is no lunch or dinner available. So if you take a taxi you're going to have to be very imaginative about how to eat for...

"The building was beautiful and full of character. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was close to bars, restaurants and shops. The valet parking was well worth the $25 Euro particularly after a long day of driving. I would happily stay at this hotel again."

The hotel is full of light and you'll be mesmerized by waking up with the azure of the sky and the Mediterranean Sea in front of view, enchanted by the reflection of the sunshine. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive and kind. Breakfast is delicious. An absolute gem!!"
