The space

The apartment, located on the ground floor, is designed to accommodate up to 4 people in a bright, stylish setting that has been recently renovated—perfect for those seeking comfort, cleanliness, and convenience just a few minutes from Venice.

Bedroom and living room

The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living room features a comfortable sofa bed; both come with sheets and blankets provided. There’s a Smart TV in both rooms, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Fully equipped kitchen

The spacious kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a set of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and a welcome kit with coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. The table comfortably seats four people.

Bathrooms

There are 2 bathrooms: the first is a modern, bright en suite bathroom with large windows, a spacious shower, a bidet, and counter space; the second is a shared bathroom with a large shower stall. Both feature a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
