Lovely Nook

The location of this apartment is awesome. It's on a little quiet canal just around the corner from many restaurants and shops. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. The lighting was dim as several light bulbs needed replacing, but overall it was a really good place to stay.

An amazing place to stay!

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was very clean, the beds are the most comfortable we've slept on during our Euro trip, we were in the best location to get to everything, and the check in process was so easy. We felt so comfortable here that we even cooked a dish for our last night. We felt very safe with where we were located as well. We also noticed that many tourists were stopping and taking pictures in front of the homestay because the view was just beautiful. We know just where we are going to stay again when we come back to Venice!

Close location to many things to see. Easy to get to and has about 8 steps to get to the door. It is 1st level, but built higher than ground floor. Communication could have been better before we got there. We wanted to know what to expect (like address and how to get it) before we left from the USA. They didn't communicate till we were in Venice. It worked out, but made us feel uneasy about actually getting in when we got there. I messaged 6 times with no instructions given back to us. We booked this 9 days before we stayed here, the price went down enough that is was attractive for us. The 2nd shower was broken and unusable. The cable reception was unwatchable. This place is very large and can see 6 people being comfortable here. Modern design. All in all, I would stay here again.
