This lovely little like-home place was super close shuttle to the airport. Shuttle service is 24 hours which you must arrange with the host Diego. He was more than helpful prior to our stay: questions answered regarding the bus and train. For us it was a very short stay as we had an early flight, but I had a great sleep!

Excellent communication. Twenty minute walk to/from the airport (even with a large roller bag). Impeccably clean. Although it might be inconvenient to get into/back from Venice proper, it is a super convenient site for the night before an early flight.

Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great

I stayed in a room for 4 and it was very spacious. Apartment was clean and staff was extremely helpful and accessible. Place had a shared kitchen for guests with breakfast and snacks. Loved the place.

Great location close to the airport with code locks so late access was very easy. We had a hire car and we're able to park behind the house. There is a lift for luggage to the 1st floor which was useful. Room was a good size , big window and air con. Shared bathroom was good. Very comfy bed so we slept well. Help yourself breakfast was a bit sparse with minimal cerials and bread, but good fruit juices. Worked well and would do again.

Nice breakfast. Helpful in contacting a taxi for us. Spacious room. An elevator would have been nice but we experienced very few in Italy.

The place is not near the shopping but I selected it for closeness to the airport. In a Neightborhood!! Excellent rehab on the house excluding an elevator. Super clean! And a big shower that had hot water. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Had a little problem with the door lock since never seen them before but all worked well. Hope to use in the future!

Close to the airport. We walked 30 mins to the property. Uber black cost 20€ back to airport in the morning. We were able to drop our bags of early so we could spend the day in Venice. When we got back later, bags were in our room. Staff was extremely helpful ensuring our food delivery was ordered and delivered. Breakfast was just what we needed to get the day going. Highly recommend this place for proximity to the airport. Cleanliness. And the contactless check in and service was superb.

The location was excellent! Host was very hospitable and communicative. Helped us line up an early ride to the airport, and shared bus options, too. Also learned all the timing and options for how to get to Venice which was a short ride away.

Great well priced place to soend the night before the flight. 25min easy walk from the airport on sidewalks (one small section without sidewalk but broad shoulder) and well lit area. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle costs $5 a person and was on time. Rooms with comfy beds, swing and trampoline in the yard for guests with kids.

Diego was very welcoming and helpful. He provided very clear directions and options for transportation and food ordering. He even booked our early morning shuttle for us when we were having trouble booking a taxi. Breakfast was laid out for our family and cookies and snacks provided.
