About this property

Beautiful Venice Beach Condo

  • Prime location one block from the beach with a marina, dining, and lounge nearby. Two-minute walk to three different beach access points -- two of which are completely private. Less than a mile walk to downtown Venice, where you can enjoy the cute little shops and fine dining.

    This is a 1/1 unit that has a completely private entrance, full kitchen, full living room and dining room, large screened-in porch, large bedroom with a king-size bed, large fenced-in backyard, and there's also an air mattress available.

    The unit also shares a washer and dryer in the garage. The garage also has four beach cruisers, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, fishing poles, coolers, a cart to easily carry items to the beach, and shark tooth finding tools.

    You can't beat this beach location on the island.
