Cozy apartment located in a private building a few steps from the center equipped with all the necessary comforts, ideal for couples and families for short or long stays located in a quiet and residential area where it is possible to find every shop for every need. Familiar and courteous environment to make your stay unforgettable.

Guests will have at their disposal an apartment equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with sofa bed (PLEASE COMMUNICATE AFTER BOOKING THE NEED TO HAVE SEPARATE BEDS OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PREPARE THEM DURING YOUR STAY).

In the apartment there is everything you need: sheets, towels, utensils, kettle and microwave, free Wi-Fi code throughout the entire structure.

For work-related matters, luggage storage is available from 10:00 to 12:00. If and when it is possible to extend the opening hours we will let you know at the moment.

We enjoyed our stay in Beatrice's lovely place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, it has comfortable furniture, it's well equipped with many thoughtful details and we had had plenty of space. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. It was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the space. It is very large compared to comparably priced hotel rooms. The location is wonderful... it's close to a number of local restaurants and bars but also a short walk to the more crowded areas. It's very close to the train station and the bus area that takes you to and from the airport and near a water taxi stop. Our host was there when we arrived and was extremely friendly. Overall, this was a GREAT place to stay!!

Beatrice, the host, was great. So helpful and always available. She has treated such a unique space in this first level of her home. It’s very charming with its many antiques, brick walls and wooden beamed ceilings. Bed is very comfortable and amenities are nice. Would highly recommend.

A perfect location right off the canal. Easy 5min walk from the Airport Boat Shuttle drop off. Everything needed for a great stay is included, even pasta and coffee! Fantastic host, great communication, and a great guide book with information about the area. The photos match the unit, and the laundry is a nice feature. Would stay again!

We had difficulty traveling from Naples to Venice due to the train workers strike. That put our arrival time much later for check in. Host was AMAZING and very flexible with everything! Communication was quick and very helpful. She even gave me a birthday card and gift. This apartment is very cute. I would 100% stay here again.

Good location and close to train station and great canal restaurants for outdoor dining. Water taxi / station right there so easy to get to. Water pressure in shower could have been a little better and the fans in the suite didn't cool off the place too well. We were there at a hot time for sure. Really liked the location of the apartment.

My husband and I only had one night in Venice and we are so glad we chose to stay at Beatrice's place. She was waiting for us when we arrived and made checking in pleasant and easy. The apartment was spacious and clean, and everything we needed for our overnight trip. The location of the apartment is excellent, just a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, and very close to many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was hot as we stayed in July and there is no air conditioning, but it was manageable with the fans that Beatrice provided. We look forward to coming back to Venice not in the summer and staying here again.

The apartment is on a very quiet street and it has an old world charm. We had just a two night stay and wish we could stay longer. Old brick and beam construction, antique furnishings, and also well equipped. Beatrice is an awesome owner and landlord. Extremely helpful and friendly. A great spirit!! We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

We just loved the location of this sweet apartment. Centrally located and walking distance to the canal and also great restaurants. Our host was kind and provided a warm welcome. We had a great amount of difficulty however with the hot water. Hot water had sporadic availability. Our host responded promptly each time there was an issue and it would eventually get sorted.

This is a great little apartment in a great location. Easy access to water transportation and train. Host was easy to communicate with. Apartment was clean and nice. There were two cooling towers which helped with the extreme heat outside. Water pressure on shower was low and hot water was limited. That did not bother us because we wanted the cool shower due to the heat outside. The address via google took us across the street instead of to the actual apartment. Beatrice was quick to communicate and get us in the correct location. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

The accommodation is located within walking distance of the train station and with easy access to public transport to all places of interest. It has all the services, it is very comfortable, the decoration is beautiful, and Beatriz's attention is very warm with details that make you feel at home. Just a suggestion regarding the water pressure and temperature regulation of the shower. Beatriz explained to us how to use the services, but even following the instructions, taking a shower was an ordeal. It lose pressure and the water turns cold without using any other outlet apart from the shower. If that is fixed, the stay would be absolutely perfect.

Beatrice was a great host. She was very responsive from the moment we were interested in booking the apartment. On the day of check-in, she met us and provided all of the necessary information for our stay. The apartment is very interesting and has a lot of character. The location is also great; close to many restaurants without being noisy. We happened to come during a cold period in May, so the apartment was quite cold. Beatrice provided us with extra blankets which was very much appreciated! The only real issue we had was with the hot water. The temperature and pressure fluctuated a lot, and with the temperature being unexpectedly cold, it made the showers a little rough. While it didn’t get any better during our trip, Beatrice did consistently check the water heater. She also checked with us to see if it had gotten better. While we didn’t have the best stay because of the fluctuating water temperature, we appreciated that Beatrice was a very attentive host.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The host was in contact and very accommodating. The apartment was clean, and as it appeared in the pictures. There were welcoming snacks which was a wonderful touch. The location is great, close to many attractions and the train station. I would highly recommend staying here
