You HAVE to stay here if you are visiting Venice!! What a charming spot. The host was so helpful and responsive. He gave us all the things to do in the city and even called the parking garage to make sure we had a spot. Convenient parking in a garage for around 40 overnight with a reasonable walk to the lodging. The building was built in 1500 and it is so quaint and charming. Right in the heart of Venice. We loved it so much. Best of all of our stays in Italy. Super easy check-in process; the host was sooo communicative and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Charming and great location

Charming apartment with location steps away from canal and quieter/calmer than rest of Venice. The host was extremely responsive to inquiries and very helpful. Would definitely look to come back again.

We had a wonderful time in this charming little apartment. It’s in a great area with lots of things to do. Alessandro was so easy to communicate with and I only wish we had more time to stay in Venice.

Great place close to everything in a quiet location

We (fam of 2 + 2 teenagers) stayed here for a few nights. The place is a typical older Venetian house close to the canal Grande, train station and airport transfer boat station . The owner was very helpful in providing guidance and checking us in, including allowing luggage storage before and after the check in/out. It's definitely a great value. We enjoyed our stay.

We’ve used VRBO for over 15 years, and Alessandro is truly the best host we’ve ever encountered. He responds incredibly quickly, is exceptionally kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit to Venice was perfect. I would absolutely rent from him again. His apartment is in Cannaregio, a quiet residential neighborhood, just steps from the Grand Canal and very close to both the train station and the Guglie ferry stop. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and well-stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. His restaurant recommendations and suggested sites were all excellent and greatly appreciated. To our delight, we even found a thoughtful gift waiting for us upon arrival. Our stay in Venice was truly magical. Thank you, Alessandro!

Quick walk from train station with our heavy bags. Spacious. Clean. Homelike. Comfortable. Charming. A little off beaten tourist path so quiet. But very easy walking to everything in Venice. Also, cafe, restaurants, market close by. Wonderful stay!

Very nice flat, ground floor, easy access. Did not have to cross any stairs or bridges between the flat and the train station, and it was only a five minute walk. Check in was very easy, great host, very friendly. Shared info for a nice walking path and lots of other helpful information. Plenty of space for me and my two teenagers.

This place is absolutely amazing! We were so lucky and grateful to be able to experience it due to a last minute opening. Alessandro was epitome of a super host: responsive, clear, respectful and informative. You should book this! We will definitely be back.
