Old apartment house "Casanas", renovated. In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, in a busy, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. The building is situated in the "Biennale" area, only 10 minutes walk from St Marks square. Nearby is one of the largest green areas of Venice: Viale Garibaldi and the public gardens. The beach is at Lido di Venezia.

Eine schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was wir gebraucht haben. Gut eingerichtet, Küchenutensilien alles da. Es fehlten uns nur größere Tassen oder Becher für Kaffee oder Tee. Sehr praktisch ist, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt. M. hat sich gut gekümmert und als wir tatsächlich die Heizung gebraucht haben, hat sie uns alles gut erklärt.

Diese Unterkunft in Venedig fanden wir besser als gedacht. Genug Platz für unsere sechsköpfige Familie und sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Wasserbussen zu erreichen. Supermarkt gleich auf derselben Straße.

Tolle Ausgangslage

Martina hat uns nett empfangen und die Übergabe gestaltete sich kurz und unkompliziert. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut sortiert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist richtig gut und hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für die Stadt und andere Ausflüge. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für das Mückenproblem und die fehlende Klimaanlage, die das Schlafen fast unmöglich machte.

Tolle Lage und supertoller Blick

Passt sehr gut für 2 Paare, die 5./6. Person muss auf einem Schlafsofa im Eingangsflur schlafen. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, der Essraum und das große Schlafzimmer sehr schön und gemütlich. Perfekt für die Biennale zwischen Gardini und Arsenale, maximal je 5 Gehminuten. Die Einkauf- und Gastrostraße vor dem Haus ist touristisch angenehm zurückhaltend aufgestellt, hier bummeln auch viele Italiener.

Dit appartement ligt 15-20 min lopen van het San Marco aan de levendige uitgaan straat Via Gariboldi in Castello vlak bij het Arsenaal. Het appartement is ruim en schoon, en als de dagjesmensen vertrokken zijn ervaar je Venetië als levende stad en niet als toeristenattractie. Het appartement is erg compleet met vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven en magnetron en gaskookplaat, maar met al die restaurants in de buurt hebben we enkel de wasmachine laten draaien. Hulpvaardige en aardige verhuurder. Top !

Very clean, new decorated and with all the facilities. Good located and a view on the canal. Close to supermarket, other shops, bars, restaurants and the Art Biennale spots, Arsenale and Giardini. It was a pleasant to be there for second time!

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement idéalement situé dans un sestiere calme

Nous recommandons cet appartement à toute personne souhaitant des prestations de qualité dans un sestiere (quartier) calme, où la rencontre au quotidien des Vénitiens se double d’une pression touristique faible par rapport à d’autres sestieri. La vue sur le jardin et le Bacino est imprenable. Nous reviendrons, d’autant que l’accueil de Martina est très attentif et cordial.

Chouette location et grand appartement. Malheureusement mal conçu impossible de ne pas laisser rentrer plein de moustiques. Environs 150 moustiques écrasés sur les murs en arrivant (avec du ... etc)
