Welcome to our comfortable apartment located in one of the most authentic and tranquil areas of Venice, just a few steps from the evocative Fondamenta degli Ormesini, in the heart of the Cannaregio district. The accommodation is spread over two floors: on the ground floor you will find a bright living area, perfect for relaxing after your walks, along with a convenient bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two spacious and well-kept double bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is located in a very quiet condominium and surrounded by a pleasant garden, which helps create a relaxing and silent atmosphere. The location allows you to enjoy the most authentic Venice, with bacari, typical restaurants, shops and services at a short distance, without giving up calm and convenience. It is the ideal choice for those who want to experience the city in a welcoming, serene and well-connected environment to the main points of interest. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the payment of the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night, will be required and a rental contract will be filled out and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
