Cozy apartment for 5 with private patio, free WIFI and a/c

This splendid apartment is located in a perfect position, in the Corte Zappa, a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto of Venice and near Fondamenta Ormisini, a very characteristic long Venetian street. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and has a beautiful private internal courtyard, flowered during the summer, where you can eat with loved ones and friends or take some fresh air during the evening hours. The apartment, recently renovated, has a bedroom for two people where we can add a third bed if necessary, a small living room with sofa bed for two, which actually becomes a second bedroom, bathroom with shower (brand new) and a kitchen, full equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and how useful it could be. In addition, for the hot summer months, the split for air conditioning was installed in the corridor. The apartment also has a SMART TV, which combined with the free wifi internet connection allows you to surf the net directly from your sofa!

There are no final cleaning costs. Linen (sheets and towels included)

Attention: for arrivals after 7pm and until 9pm a supplement of € 30 is required. For arrivals after 9 pm and until 11 pm we require a supplement of € 50. After 11 pm no more reception service.
