The first apartment, on the first floor, offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table, a cosy living room, a large triple room, a double room and two complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The second apartment spans the second and third floors. It features a small living room with a service bathroom, a kitchen with living area, a spacious triple room with a private sitting area equipped with a single sofa bed, a complete bathroom with shower and two additional double rooms, both with private bathroom. The property preserves beautiful original antique floors and is furnished with high-level finishes. Lift available. Upon request, possibility of adding up to three extra bed spaces via sofa beds.
