Pagato 55 euro per una camera che non ne valeva 20,muri sporchi doccia tenuta con nastro isolante arredamento completamente vecchio e rotto sedia macchiate uno schifo totale,titolare vestito come un mendicante alla reception,e meno male che è un 4 stelle,certe strutture non dovrebbero neanche avere la licenza.sconsigliatissimo

Centrale, colazione ottima e abbondante, parcheggio incluso, prezzo concorrenziale rispetto al servizio offerto. Sarebbe opportuno un lifting alle sole stanze (o almeno quella in cui siamo stati noi) ma il prezzo concorrenziale giustifica ampiamente questa piccola mancanza. Dunque ci tornerei.

Leider bin ich am Abend unserer Ankunft krank geworden und musste am nächsten Morgen mit der Rettung ins Krankenhaus gebracht werden. Dazu möchte ich unbedingt festhalten, dass der Chef des Hauses sehr bemüht und besorgt war und die Betreuung im Krankenhaus extrem nett, zuvorkommend und herzlich war. So wird uns auch dieser „Urlaub“ in guter Erinnerung bleiben!

Un punto strategico tra le attrazioni venete.

Struttura ubicata in ottima posizione a pochi passa dalla Stazione ferroviaria e dotata di parcheggio privato offre una buona e varia prima colazione. Ottima accoglienza con personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Le camere invece meriterebbero una rinfrescatina. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla ferrovia per Venezia, è dotato di un parcheggio coperto per le auto, serve un'ottima colazione. Gli aspetti negativi riguardano le condizioni della camera: porta box doccia rotto, rubinetto lavandino non funzionale, asciugacapelli che si staccava dal muro, cassaforte non funzionante, aria condizionata non gestibile dalla camera. Ciò che è dispiaciuto ancora è stato il totale disinteressamento del personale della reception alle nostre segnalazioni. La tipologia della nostra camera corrispondeva a una executive.

Un hotel perfecto para los fines q buscamos...excelente ubicación para llegar a Venecia en 24 min con el tren...y un lugar muy bueno para volver a descansar...a 1 minuto de la estación de Mogliano.

Buona esperienza.

Personale molto cortese. La camera e la struttura sono essenziali ma piacevoli. La pulizia è ineccepibile, per quanto ho potuto vedere. La Wi-Fi ha una banda più che dignitosa, per cui ho potuto guardare Netflix senza problemi in camera. Ho avuto qualche problema con le chiavi della stanza e il personale si è dimostrato disponibilissimo. L'albergo dispone di un parcheggio sotterraneo; va chiesta l'apertura del cancello alla reception che, di nuovo, è sempre disponibilissima (anche la notte, per quel che ho potuto verificare). La colazione probabilmente è il punto debole, rispetto ad altre strutture simili, ma non saprei dare consigli specifici. Nel complesso, non mi sembra che abbia influenzato ben poco il mio soggiorno.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione. Le stanze dovrebbero essere ristrutturate, ormai non corrispondono più alle immagini del sito. Ottima accoglienza, e gentilezza del personale, soprattutto di Juan veramente disponibile ad assisterci. Torneremo perché è in un ottima posizione se si vuole andare a Venezia e dintorni. Un 4 stelle che fa fatica a reggerne 2 Camera con televisore non funzionante (neanche dopo l’Intervento del tecnico) e tenuto insieme con il nastro... Il bagno era sporco (tra il lavandino ed il muro c’erano saponi lamette polvere e tutto quello che era caduto ai precedenti sventurati) La cassaforte non funzionava I battiscopa erano stati divelti Il letto era una rete appoggiata al muro Il mobilio aveva almeno 25 anni Il rapporto qualità prezzo è quello di un pessimo 2 stelle Unica nota positiva la colazione più che accettabile

Incubo con finte stelle

L'esperienza di soggiorno più orribile della mia vita. Ho prenotato pensando di ricevere servizi e camera da 4 stelle, credo che l'albero sia inqualificabile! Il sito è composto da due edifici, noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'edificio "secondario ", ascensore molto sporco e puzzolente, scale in cemento con colla per una precedente passatoia ora tolta, camere con parquet gonfiato e rovinato, il bagno...non ne parliamo! Rubinetteria che si toglieva dal lavello, per entrare nella vasca x fare la doccia bisognava essere campioni olimpionici, maniglie x aprire le finestre rotte. Pareti bianche con colature e striature di vari colori! Tutti mobili macchiati! Dopo la prima notte abbiamo fatto le dovute rimostranze al direttore (un tipo arrivato in pantaloncini e maglietta) il quale mi ha detto che non è colpa sua se gli hanno dato le 4 stelle! Roba da denuncia!

Albergo un pò datato con camere standard con arredi altrettanto datati. Buona la posizione. Parcheggio grattuito. Non facile l'arrivo in macchina perchè l'entrata non non è molto visibile dalla strada principale; soprattutto giungendo da Venezia.
