Due to last minute cancellation whole March and April are available again. The price has significantly reduced!

Quiet and spacious 2 story fully furnished house has three bedrooms (all upstairs). King sized bed in Master bedroom and Queen sized beds in Guest bedrooms. There are 2,5 bathrooms in the house. Furthermore, a big living area with new smart TV, kitchen with all supplies you need. All kitchen appliances are brand new! Additionally there is a laundry room with a cleaning supplies. From patio you can admire various birds, little gator, bobcat or wild hogs. The outside grill is available as well.

Stoneybrook at Venice is well known as a family friendly community with a long list of amenities. The clubhouse is Resort Style Living with 24 hour gym, tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts, beach volleyball, fitness trails and much more!
All amenities are in walking distance 5 min.
THE COMMUNITY POOL IS CLOSED and seems to be closed for all 2026. We recommend nice pool in Venice Garden Civic Center located 10 min by car.

The house is located close to famous Florida beaches like Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, all about 15-20 minutes away by a car. Beautiful historical downtown Venice 15 minutes away as well as Warm Mineral Springs.
Close to the airports Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Tampa and Fort Myers.

There are two bikes that are available for use and do not require any extra fees. Also, we can offer 2 beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels.

We fell in love with Venice

My husband and I really enjoyed our two month stay. The house was roomy, clean and sufficient. We did encounter an issue with the wifi the first few days. However, the owners tried hard to resolve and after the cable company made repairs it was fixed. The pool was beautiful and close, we could easily walk. It was our first time in Venice and we fell in love with the area and it's close proximity to various beaches and activities. There was a consistent flow of events such as festivals and markets with lots of good entertainment. We also enjoyed the lower traffic flow, compared to many larger towns. The two TV's are not smart so bring your on Roku/Fire stick! The space was a little too much for our needs, however we had family and friends visit which worked very well. We would definitely recommend!

Great Winer Stay

We were at this property for 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say. Property was just as listed,great location,beautiful pool and wonderful gated community. The hosts were great to work with and always answered our inquiries in a timely manor. The only down side was when we had to leave. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice and enjoyable place to stay

The place was exactly how the website described. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattress on every bed when lying down. At the very least, the master bedroom should be upgraded with a decent mattress especially when retired couples are renting the home. Otherwise, the house and amenities were wonderful.

GREAT STAY

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. There is a pond/lake behind the house that brought us many hours of enjoyment watching nature at its best. We saw many bird species that included bald eagles and ospreys. bobcats, and turtles. The house is located in a gated, safe community with a wonderful pool. The location was exceptional for us. To the owners: Thanks for sharing your home.

Venice Home

This property was in excellent condition and in a safe, friendly neighborhood. It was an easy drive to Venice and Manasota Beach. I had a fishing pole and fished in several of the ponds in the community. There were plenty of bass. On the negative side, the arrival instructions were vague. If we had arrived before 5 PM, when there was an attendant at the gate, I would have had no complaints. However due to our flight, we were unable to arrive until somewhere between 11 and 11:30 PM. The property manager seemed surprised that anyone might be arriving that late, but he assured me that if I contacted him upon our arrival he would be able to open the gate remotely. Unfortunately it didn't work that way because all we got was a busy signal when calling him. I left a message and we waited for a return call. Around midnight we gave up and found another place to stay for the night (fortunately my wife's sister lived nearby). We were able to get in the next day and the manager called to apologize. The rest of the stay was pretty much flawless. So far no one has offered to compensate me for the lost night.

Water Pressure was Poor

The beds were too soft - bedding was very average. Pillows were lousy. The beds were supposed to be Queen size. They were doubles. The front room furniture was old, cushions were collapsing, TV was fuzzy, no movie channels.
