Incredible Whole Condo with Heated Pool Next to Venice Island/Beach
- Prime location in Venice with a short drive to Venice Island and Venice Beach (the island is a mile away). House has a private heated pool that is shared with the unit next to it.
This a 2/1.5 unit that has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils, cozy living room, office, dining room, and great outdoor patio with next to the pool. There is also a gas grill in the backyard. There are three smart TVs in every room with everything you need TV wise: HBO, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
Both bedrooms have queen beds. The unit also has a washer and dryer. There are already beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, and fishing poles in the unit. There are also bicycles in the backyard for anyone to use.
You can't beat this beach location right next to the island and beach.
