Large 6 bedrooms apartment

This large apartment has been newly restored and has 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms. A large living room with a dining table that can host 12 persons, The Living room is extended by a nice terrace with a patio. The name of the house is determined by a large Wisteria that it intertwines with the pillars of the Patio.

The furniture are modern with some items that recall the antique history of Venice and the heritage of Italian culture. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entrance to the building is private with lots of storage space for luggage and strollers.

It is a perfect location for a family reunion or for an extended family enjoying the “Grand Tour” in Italy

It has a washer and a separate dryer in a dedicated laundry space. Air conditioning system in every room and central heating.

We look forward to host you in this magnificent house that combine privacy quiet neighborhood and the perfect location for enjoying local cuisine and amenities that are at walking distance . The proximity to Fondamente Nuove allows our guests to arrive with any public or private boat service and it is ideal for starting the tour on the islands of the Lagoon.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Venice

This is the most gorgeous, meticulous property! It is incredibly spacious and luxurious. The hosts couldn’t haven’t been better communicators as well. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. It is just like the pictures but even better in person!
