You get what you paid for. We stayed 2 days and opted for superior double room and we were put into economy double room (due to technical difficulty, as stated by receptionist), when asked to change, we were told that room cleaning service is not available, so room can be changed next day only. Unnecessary hassle to leave your bags packed, so that next day the room service can alter your room when you are not around. Breakfast starts at 8am, we asked for 7am as we had a day trip scheduled, we were helped with some biscuits, the art & decor is classic, but rooms are not much tidy, the boiler in the bathroom only helps one person to take bath, the next person has to wait for 15mins to get hot water again. Reception is closed in afternoon and guests are given a key to the main door. Do not expect any room service in need. The only good thing is with the price you pay, you get to stay and breakfast, otherwise do not be so hopeful. The receptionist seemed to be helpful, but you get answers only what you ask for. In other places, usually people help you with the local map or convenient options, but here it was not upto the mark. There is a little bit of ignorance to the guests you will always feel.
