Dear Sirs, We are sorry, for your judgment, ignorant staff ,we find it offensive, given the availability towards you. Your reservation was for a classic room, room types from here also the room in which you were accommodated the first night, is part. The reception hours are well underlined on all the confirmations we sent them before your arrival, together with various explanations, and a map. You realized after two hours that you were in the room which was not to your liking, as in all hotels all over the world the cleaning staff has a precise schedule, for here at 15.00 in the afternoon it was not possible to change the room, so much so that the next day we moved your suitcases and we made sure that it is not a hindrance on your planning of the day, making sure to bring breakfast to your room to take away. The map of the quote, like our policy, we give it every time the guests arrive, together with the various explanations about the quote, Anyway, we hope that next time we will live up to your expectations, Regards, Art Decò - Venezia
