Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

The perfect location

This accommodation was located very close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus stop making it extremely convenient to tour around. Tucked away off a side street made it less noisy in the evening, great for relaxing. The size of the apartment is perfect for a single family. Everything we needed was available and the welcome book was packed with helpful tips. This is on the third floor, so you will definitely get your steps in!

I really like this apartment. It was pretty big and had about everything. This apartment was tucked away from the busy street so it was quiet.Not a lot of noise which I really appreciate . The host was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.Yet it was still in the center and walking distance to everything. The apartment had mostly all the essentials. Bonus for having a washer. I was only staying there by myself but this apartment can fit about 5 people or more. I didn’t expect much but got more. Location is great!

The location was central and the hosts and Ms. Tanja were very flexible with our delayed flight and allowing us to keep our bags in the apartment after check out while we explored the city before our flight home. Everything was excellent. Communication was great and Ms. Tanja and Samuel did a wonderful job helping us get in to the apartment and offering suggestions. The upstairs was a little tight, but worked well for what we needed. We loved everything about our experience there and the location made everything easily accessible. The owner was very communicative and so helpful in guiding us to the apartment. The three flights of stairs was a little tough, with so much luggage, but there are stairs everywhere in Venice! Our family of 5 fit snuggly, but enjoyed a true Italian stay over another cookie cutter hotel. Great value!

Both central and quiet! A great place to stay, especially if you only have a couple of days!

All sites very walkable, close to the vaporetto, yet very quiet. Tania came to meet us at the taxi station to walk us and gave us a few tips. Highly recommend! Make sure you have exact cash (euros) for tax.

Great central location for all the things to do in Venice. Apartment was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy with great communication from the host, would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment, convenient location!

We had a great stay in Venice and this cozy apartment suited our family of 4 well. It is a 3rd floor walkup in a secluded courtyard, unfortunately there isn't much of a view (probably typical in Venice!). It's a fair walk from Rialto water taxi, so pack lightly. The hosts were super accommodating and were great communicators.

Great location in Venice and easy communications with host. The only thing worth noting is that loft area upstairs is pretty tight (headroom-wise, since our son is 6'2" tall) and the two beds up there are not standard twin size beds, just a little short and skinny. He's a big teenager of course but he would not fit on those beds and couldn't walk up in the loft. Great location.
