Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

The location of the accommodation is great. The accommodation it self was okay but nothing exceptional and not really clean . The technical equipment is a bit improvised, like the air conditioning hose is going to the washing basin. The location on the map is incorrect.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us, perfect size & location. It was close to the markets, water taxi stop and an east walk to St. Marks piazza. Check in & communication was very easy and responsive! Grazie Venezia!

We had such an amazing time in Venice and this place was in a fantastic location. The property was very nice and comfortable. It was great having a kitchen. Check in process went great has the host assistant met us and went over everything with us. Would definitely stay here again

I enjoyed the stay in this property because it was very close to everything. Very close to excellent restaurants and within walkable distance to major landmarks (10min to St. Mark's Basilica, Gondola riding place). The place was comfortable to stay in and very quiet and safe. It has A/C so if it gets too warm, you can use it.

Great location, quiet and spacious

Our family traveled from the states to spend 4 nights in Venice. The apartment was wonderful. Perfect location to get to all of the main sights but tucked away and quiet. Our family of 5 fit well. Clean rooms and plenty of space for us to spread out. Host communicated well.

Clean, quiet and pleasant stay.

Property is convenient to everything in Venice. 10 minute walk to all major attractions and to Vaporetto. Host was helpful with rescheduling meeting after a travel delay. If you don’t do well on stairs not the place for you, otherwise book and enjoy the convenience.

Great location!

It was really nice to have our own little apartment for our one night stay in Venice. The apartment is hidden away down little back alleys and we were met by someone to guide us from the Alilaguna. The advantage of its hidden location was that it was so peaceful. Aircon for the first level of the accommodation but the upstairs bedroom, though it had a pedestal fan, was very hot even on an overcast day in June. Good value for a family stay in the heart of Venice.

Close to Everything

Although up 3 flights of stairs, which was hard to drag suitcases up, apartment had air conditioning and great trattoria close by with fabulous food. Property close and easily accessible to major attractions. Host responsive to answer questions.

Good Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was close to everything most people would want to do when visiting Venice. Since it is quite close to the Rialto, it is busy all of the time. You can hear people at night from outside but it only happened a few times. Ms. Tania at check in is amazing. She is very accommodating and helpful. She let us in while she finished cleaning so we could drop our bags and start enjoying the city while she finished veryoutspeopleoTchamazing.

Great place to stay for a week-end in Venice

This appartment is perfectly located around all the sites you would want to visit. The hosts are very helpful and easy to reach. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The floor was dirty and the sofa was covered in stains. It feels like guests before us were not very respectful.

Fantastic stay in Venice!

The host was very responsive and the rental was very clean. We were really grateful for the air conditioning with the heat, and also for the washing machine. The location was great - we walked everywhere, day and night, and felt very safe. The only thing is the upstairs bedroom now has two single beds, which isn’t reflected in the photos. It worked fine for us but if you are hoping to fit an extra person up there, it won’t work. But it’s a beautiful place, we would highly recommend.

Daniel was waiting for us at the boat stop and took us to the property. He was very helpful for all questions. The apartment had everything to make our stay comfortable. It was very close to Rialto bridge and not difficult to find again after Daniel guided us there. There is a small washing machine and drying rack if you need to do any laundry.

Adequate spot in Venice

Tucked away, second floor, not loud. Nice kitchen supplies. Wifi worked. No heat but warm blankets. Nice king bed. Upstairs very low ceiling and cot type twin beds that were ok. Staircase up to beds is alittle tight and unsteady. Hard to dry clothes bc shadowy but there is a fan upstairs. Overall adequate spot in a nice location by Rialto bridge.

Nice place to stay....except....

First, let me explain TO EVERYONE, that there are countless bridges and steps and stairs to get the apartment. It's like that all over Venice. I had no idea. Pulling your luggage through the crowds, over the bridges, up and down the countless steps, and then the steep stairs into the apartment was very hard! Two flights of very steep stairs. It was brutal on my knees and my mother who is a senior citizen. The owner had someone meet us at the Water Taxi station in Rialto. I really appreciated that. The person who met us was very nice. The listing is for two bedrooms, however, the "room" that is upstairs appears to have been a possible attic turned into a bedroom. You can't stand up straight on the 2nd floor. My son ended up on the sofa. We couldn't figure out how to pull out the sofa bed either. AC worked well. Wish we had known how to use to coffee pot. It's a small, but quaint flat. It was very clean.
