Great Location!!

We stayed a week in Venice and we were lucky to call this place home for that time! It was near restaurants, the water bus, coop and parks! The lady he let us in was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time there!

Great Location very quiet

Everything was great but could use more seating in the lounge. The shower was excellent and it was lovely having a good washing machine. Our host was a 1 fantastic. We plan on staying here again as do our friends.

Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder. Eine top eingerichtete Wohnung, alles da, auch unerwartetes (WĂ€scheklammern, Haushaltpapier). Sehr angenehmes, modernes Ambiente in allen Zimmern und praktisch eingerichtet mit viel Platz fĂŒr den Kofferinhalt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Quartier gefĂ€llt uns, es ist authentisch und sauber. In der Ausschreibung hĂ€tte ich gerne noch 2-3 Fotos mehr gehabt von der Umgebung.

Very well furnished flat located in a quiet area. Easy access to museums and historic part. We really enjoyed staying here. Good contacts with owners for on boarding and out boarding.

A Gem in Castello

Beautiful 2BR apartment in Castello. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Recently renovated, comfortable furniture and amenities. Right around the corner from restaurants and the grocery store on via Garibaldi. Short walk to St Mark's Square, ferries are nearby. Communication with the property owner was perfect and the instructions were clear. If you've never been to Venice, don't expect Google Maps to lead you right to the apartment doorstep, pay attention to the map ;) We'll be back!

Modern und zentrumsnah

Ein perfekt renoviertes freundliches Appartment, modern eingerichtet. Die funktionale keine KĂŒchenecke beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen SchrĂ€nken, fĂŒr 4 Personen bequem. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist zwar auch zu einem Bett auszuziehen, aber die Unterlage ist sehr unbequem. Schnelle und problemlose SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und Einweisung. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft finden sich Supermarkt und GeschĂ€fte sowie Restaurants - und die Hauptausstellungsorte der Arte Biennale.

Accueil trÚs chaleureux de Sylvia, malgré notre retard à l'arrivée. Appartement trÚs propre, bien équipé. Il est un peu en retrait du centre de Venise, ce qui en fait un lieu trÚs calme. L'accÚs reste néanmoins trÚs facile.

A pied, Ă  seulement 20mn de la place St Marc, moins de 8mn de l'arrĂȘt multiple de vaporetto Giardini, 2 mn d'une superette, cet appartement calme au 1er Ă©tage est trĂšs bien situĂ©. L'ensemble du mobilier intĂ©rieur est trĂšs correct. Dans les chambres, vastes placards de rangement et literie impeccable. Notre hĂŽte nous a reçu trĂšs cordialement, nous offrant gentiment un gĂąteau de PĂąques, et nous a donnĂ© la possibilitĂ© de stocker nos bagages pour une derniĂšre journĂ©e de visite avant notre dĂ©part tardif pour l'aĂ©roport. Nous recommanderons cette location aux amis qui souhaiteraient passer quelques jours dans la "SĂ©rĂ©nissime".

Au calme, idéalement situé

C'est la seconde fois cette année que nous logeons chez Sylvia, et c'est la seconde fois que nous sommes enchantés, bien que ce logement soit différent car nous étions moins nombreux. TrÚs satisfaits par le confort, les volumes, l'emplacement dans un quartier calme, au milieu des Vénitiens, le petit super marché tout proche, l'avenue Garibaldi à deux pas, le vaporetto lui aussi proche, l'accueil toujours aussi charmant. Nous recommandons sans restriction cette location pouvant accueillir aisément quatre adultes.

The apartment was clean and well kept. Silvia was nice, she even helped carry our luggage. The apartment is in an OK neighborhood but far from center of Venice, buy multiple day Water Bus pass.

Hervorragende Wohnung in schönem Viertel von Venedig

Ruhige Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Viertel von Venedig und fußlĂ€ufig zum Markusplatz. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als fĂŒnfköpfige Familie fĂŒr einen StĂ€dtetrip braucht. Tolle Restaurants und ein Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

TrĂšs bel appartement correspondant parfaitement aux photos. Belle superficie avec ses 2 chambres, salon et salle Ă  manger. La salle de bains est superbe. Parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© avec mĂȘme de quoi se prĂ©parer Ă  manger. TrĂšs bien situĂ© dans une partie calme de Venise proche de l'Arsenal, avec une supĂ©rette, des bars et restaurants et le Jardin Public de Venise Ă  2mn. TrĂšs calme pour se reposer de l'agitation du Centre. Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour idĂ©al Ă  6 personnes avec 3 enfants. Merci Silvia pour votre accueil, c'Ă©tait parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement trÚs calme. Tout est neuf, propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont efficaces et sympathiques. la supérette est à 100m. Le quartier est isolé de la foule du centre ville et c'est tant mieux. Compter un petit quart d'heure pour se rendre à St Marc.

Appartement bien situĂ©, rue calme, quartier sympathique, supermarchĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© ouvert jusqu’à 22h. Emplacement idĂ©al pour visiter la biennale. Gute Lage, sehr gepflegte Wohnung - gerne wieder!

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit 3 Kindern (14, 9 und 9) sehr schöne Zeit in Venedig. Sehr helle und gepflegte Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher, KĂŒche). Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der NĂ€he. Die Lage passt hervorragend wie zur Erkundung von Venedig, so auch fĂŒr StrandausflĂŒge nach Lido und AusflĂŒge zu Inseln. Die Vaporetto-Stationen Giardini und S. Pietro di Castello sind schnell zu erreichen. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief schnell und komplikationslos. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke Silvia!

Quiet, cosy apartment, best location for Venice Biennale

We enjoyed our stay of five days at this lovely apartment. It's quiet and clean, and very convenient to get grocery and food. Wash machine is very helpful for long stay. Highly recommend to art lover planning to visit Biennale!

Wonderful location and excellent property!

Ideal location, easy commute from Arsenale station. Supermarket at door steps and very nice restaurants within few yards. Commute to the centre -St. Marco etc were lovely and within 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is as on photographs- very clean and in a nice and quiet area. Sylvia was wonderful, came down to receive us, show us around and give helpful tips. The kitchen is adequately packed. The AC was functional and a fan provided for the extra room. Overall a wonderful stay and many thanks to Sylvia.

appartement idéal pour un merveilleux séjour

"habitués" de Venise, nous avons trouvé un appartement dans un lieu idéal, quartier vénitien mais proche de toutes les commodités: vaporetti, place Saint Marc (10mn) promenade dans les giardini... La via Garibaldi avec ses commerces... la station la plus proche (5mns) vous emmÚne direct vers le Venise "traditionnel" ou le Lido ou direct vers l'aéroport, les ßles... L'appart est conforme aux photos, rien à redire... tres propre, l'accueil pro... Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Nous sommes sous le charme de Venise mais aussi de cet appartement, merci Silvia.
