Furnished apartment in typical Venetian style within an elegant 15th-century building. Located in the historic centre, just a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. Comprises a spacious entrance, living room with sofas, a first double bedroom with bathroom (shower/bath), a second double bedroom (with divisible beds) and a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen can accommodate up to 8 people. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Great stay!

Great location and fabulous communication. AC was a really nice benefit especially walking in after hot days exploring.Wifi was super challenging since it literally only worked in the living room. Even calls didn't work anywhere else so that was frustrating.Overall, location was very good, beds slept well and all else great.They arranged water taxis to/from airport for us which worked perfectly. A little pricey but worth it for no lines, prompt service and two min walk to the apartment.
