Quiet and cozy

The house is very cozy and we had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 5 day stay. We had easy to the beach and shopping. We had an issue with the door code that was resolved quickly and easy and we really appreciated that after a 12 car ride. We definitely recommend and will stay again if we come back to Venice

Oasis is lovely

My husband and I had a great stay at the oasis. The house has everything you could need for a weeks stay. Close to all the stores you could need. Detwilers farm market right down the road for fresh food. Excellent fast communication with the hist. Venice beach is fantastic!! Thank you for a great vacation

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and the temp was 80* each day. The hot tub was lovely for night swims! The backyard is so beautiful and private. I loved that there wasn’t a house right behind so the pool area felt very secluded. There is a tv in every room, but honestly, if we weren’t at the ocean we were out enjoying the pool (which also has a tv and an Alexa speaker to play music!) Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed everything about this vacation property. We will 100% be back. Things in the area we did- Venice Beach and fishing pier (eat at Sharky’s), Caspersen Beach, Ciao Gelato in Venice, Brightwater Lagoon (Ft Myers), TAKE the 30 min drive to Siesta Key beach (Softest white sand and incredible sunsets. You will not regret it. AND book a photographer for family photos on the beach. Stunning!)5 stars for this property and location!

Perfect Family and Friends Vacay

What an amazing place!!! So many things to love and compliment! I wish I had enough characters to list them all. Our party included my husband and I, our three older teen children and each of my kids brought a friend their age so 8 total guests. We visit Venice often and usually stay in a hotel but were looking for a house this time and WOW this one did not disappoint. There are three lovely bedroom which my husband and I and the four girls split up between. My son and his friend slept in the living room on the couch and on a provided air mattress (there were actually two air mattresses provided).There are so many things to love about this property! The pool is spacious and amazing and the perfect temperature. There are good floats and we even bought a few more and left at the house. The hot tub was perfect. We all enjoyed it. There is so much space around the pool. We enjoyed sitting in the chairs and couch and hanging around the table. There is a tv and Alexa on the lanai also so you can watch your favorite shows and listen to music while you are out there. Bring bug spray as there are mosquitos which is natural for the area especially considering the property has a large private outdoor space right on the creek. The backyard is spacious and beautiful and includes a new fire pit. There are chairs around the fire pit and an amazing large hammock. As you walk across the backyard there is a path that leads out to a dock over the water where the boys enjoyed fishing
