The residence is equipped with a magnificent equipped garden, an extremely rare feature in the city of Venice. Each apartment has a complete kitchen and living room with sofa bed, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms with shower. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (2 single sofa beds). Maximum capacity 9 people, ideal solution for large families or large groups. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Good option for a couple folks or maybe a family with a couple small kids. Do not think that you're getting the entire building. This is a building with like three or four tiny (and fairly stuffy) apartments that share a nice garden. It is safe and secure. The air conditioning broke in one apartment and was promptly fixed. The area is great. The showers are very very small.

Desperately In Need of Maintenance

The location is great. It is on the main walking road and just a quick and easy walk from the train station. The garden is beautiful and the communication by the management company we good. Unfortunately, the condition was poor. There were quished mosquitoes stuck to the walls of every room - blood stain and all. None of the doors closed all the way. The shower in the smaller room leaked and has been leaking a long time because the wall was full of black mold, which was right by the head of the bed. The beds were hard. The pillows flat. The furniture rickety. The kitchens were not stocked with any basics like salt and pepper, 2 wine glasses for a 10 person rental in the land of wine, and none of the knives were remotely sharp. Overall, it was a great disappointment.
