Venedig, Biennale und die Residenza Colombina

Wir waren für die Biennale angereist. Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal. Wir konnten alle unsere Ziele zu Fuß erreichen und auch die Vaporetto Station war nur wenigen Minuten entfernt. Das Viertel hat eine sehr gute Infrastruktur. Einkaufen, Lokale und die Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zudem war die Betreuung vor Ort ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung bot sich auch immer wieder für eine kleine Mittagspause an, da sie für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr zentral gelegen war. So waren die Besuche der Biennale ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

An absolute delight

In the heat of the summer, we were able to cool off in our beautiful air conditioned stay. The place is beautifully decorated, on a quiet street right on the canal.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen! Man hat alles was man alltäglich braucht, aber auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten in seiner Nähe. Allgemein sind Küche/Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Klopapier ist auch reichlich vorhanden. Dilan hat mich gut betreut und viele Empfehlungen geteilt. Was ich nicht so toll fand war dass die Terrasse als essbereich garnicht benutzbar ist. Anscheinend ist die Verletzungsgefahr durch Möwen zu hoch. Auch nicht soo toll war der Zustand der Wohnung bezüglich Reinigung- es wurde zwar geputzt, das hat man gesehen, aber grundgereinigt wird offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig. Imm Schlafzimmer zb waren an den wänden überall zerdrückte Gelsen, oder Schimmel und Kalk an der Duschwand. In den Laden des Kleiderschranks waren Haare. Auch die Überdecke vom Bett hatte einen Blutfleck. Es gibt mehr, ich will die Kapazität hier nicht überschreiten.

Fantastic Family Apartment

Loved staying in this apartment! We were close to the main part of Venice with a local market, cafe and restaurants so felt like we were living like locals. The apartment had everything we needed, the glass walkway up to the outside deck was marvellous! This was the favourite part of our stay in Europe and would recommend staying here.
