The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building on Campo San Cassiano, behind the Rialto Bridge.
The apartment is spread over two levels and features a terrace. On the first level, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area that includes a living room with two armchairs and a kitchen with an island and a dining table.
On the second level, there are two single beds and stairs leading to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave and a pod-style coffee maker.
Both bedrooms have double beds, while the upper level has two single beds. The two bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Air conditioning is available in the two bedrooms and the living area.
A TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.

-VERY IMPORTANT: The tourist tax is NOT included in the price and must be paid at check-in. In Venice, the fee is €4 per person per night. Children 10 years old and under are exempt from this fee.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; after 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge:
from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35;
from 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50;
We do NOT accept check-ins after 12:30 a.m.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

We’ll meet guests in front of the apartment to give them the keys and some tips about the place and the city. We’re always available, either by phone or through the Airbnb messaging system.

Rialto Deluxe is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find two supermarkets and a pharmacy. Just a 5-minute walk away—and with only one bridge to cross—is the famous fish market. In the same market, you’ll find many fruit and vegetable stands, as well as the best and oldest cheese shop. You absolutely cannot miss the Rialto Market area. You can enjoy “un’ombra de vin e un cicchetto” (a glass of good wine and small canapés with fish and traditional cold cuts) while strolling around, and in the evening—especially in the summer—grab a cocktail and sip it on the piers along the Grand Canal, just like true Venetians!

We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available for any needs you may have, either through Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number provided.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur a surcharge to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to show a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.



DISPOSING OF TRASH. Unfortunately, in Venice, trash collection takes place only in the morning—even for residents—so leaving trash in the apartment is prohibited. If we find any trash bags, you will be charged €10 from your security deposit.
