Elegant apartment on the second floor, located in the heart of the historic center, with a view of Campo Bandiera and Moro (or Bragora). Only 500 meters from St. Mark's Square, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The property consists of a bright living room, a spacious dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms (two triple and one double), a charming balcony with city views and two shower bathrooms. The interiors are enriched with design furnishings, beautiful exposed beams and typical Venetian terrazzo flooring. The apartment is part of a residence where you can also book the penthouse on the upper floor, request information if interested. Maximum capacity 8 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be organized upon request, with adequate notice.
