Welcome to our sunny just renewed small attic with a private roof terrace overlooking Venice skyline. It is inside a lively building in an amazing location in the heart of Venice.

It is located just a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge, walking distance to all Venice sightseeing , as well as bars, restaurants and shops. It is well connected to Santa Lucia railway station, Marco Polo airport and bus station. The nearest boat stop is "Rialto".

The apartment, which is fully furnished, consists of wide open space with a Murphy bed and comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen corner and bathroom with a shower

Über den Dächern von Venedig

Kleine, feine und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2. Mitten in Venedig mit cooler Dachterrasse! Abends ein Glas Wein , in die Sterne gucken oder eben frühstücken. Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Und ich bin nicht einfach. Wir kommen wieder.

Très bel appartement, bien situé MAIS plusieurs soucis rencontrés

Cotés positifs : Bel appartement / neuf / bien situé / bien décoré et doté / gentillesse de Sylvia qui nous a accueillie. Cotés négatifs : - Logement loué en février mais contrat à signer sur place le jour de l’arrivée. Contrat en Italien, donc on ne sait pas ce que l'on signe et aucun double n'est donné (j'ai pu prendre une photo seulement). Pas d'état des lieux entrant et sortant fait mais une caution à la réservation était pourtant prévue. - Le propriétaire a loué l’appartement alors que tout l'immeuble était en travaux et notamment l'appartement d'à côté qui lui appartient aussi. Bruit des travaux en permanence, ce qui a empêché de jouir sereinement de l’appartement. C'est totalement anormal et c'est ce que nous reprochons le plus au propriétaire car en vacances on a besoin de tranquillité ! - Un détecteur de lumière a été mis dans le couloir et dès que quelqu’un rentre dans ce couloir la lumière s'allume dans l'escalier du studio et dans le studio lui même, à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit. L’arrivée des ouvriers le matin déclenchait cette lumière dans tout le studio alors que nous étions au lit en train de dormir. - Le wifi ne fonctionne pas sauf en bas de l'escalier ce qui est très gênant! - L'ouverture des robinets déclenche automatiquement un dispositif de chaufferie très bruyant dans tout le studio. - Aucune documentation à disposition pour savoir comment se servir de la plaque vitrocéramique ou du thermostat d'ambiance. - Matelas très dur, mais sur ce point cela dépend de la sensibilité de chacun. Une fois les travaux terminés et quelques ajustements faits (wifi et détecteur de lumière..) cela sera un bon appartement à louer, mais c'est dommage pour nous, qui avons découvert Venise dans ces conditions.

Très mauvaise expérience de location

Nous sommes rester plusieurs nuits dans cet appartement en pleine rénovation avec des travaux très bruyants coup de marteau, ponceuse de 8 h du matin à 5h du soir. Et un wifi qui marchait très mal. L'agent immobilier a proposé de rembourser 2 nuits, mais depuis 2 semaines que je suis rentrée aucune nouvelle de remboursement malgré mes relances nombreuses. Le problème c'est que le propriétaire n'a aucun égard avec ses locataires. Nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer et rester dans l'appartement durant la journée car trop bruyant. Et nous n'avons eu aucune compensation ni excuses de la part du propriétaire. Nous sommes très très déçus d'avoir été traité comme cela. Même si l'appartement est bien, j'espère que le propriétaire sera pénalisé pour traiter ses locataires de la sorte.
