Prestigious apartment with large square footage, located on the second floor with an elevator. The apartment has a large and charming entrance hall with high ceilings and marmorino decorations. Entering we find ourselves directly in the living area with an open space consisting of a living room with a comfortable white leather sofa, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a dining area, and a large terrace equipped with tables and sofas, where you can comfortably dine and relax. Next, we find a first full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom.From both rooms, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Grand Canal that will allow you to admire the historic Venetian regatta. Our guests will enjoy amenities such as free wi-fi connection throughout the apartment, and individual heating and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. Great location

Overall, our stay was good. The apartment had a/c and it worked great with the Venice heat. The location was great as well. We only stayed for 3 days so didn’t do any laundry however if we needed to the washer was on the 1st floor of the building and was a bit scarey looking. Communication from the host was slow (sending me forms to fill out once I arrived in Venice.)

Steps away from the train station and sites!

We had a wonderful time staying here while we vacationed in Venice. It is in a great location if you want to be close to the train station but also close enough to walk around the city. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby - even a grocery store. Me, my wife and two small children had a great time.

Family Vacation on the Grand Canal

Overall, our family had a great stay on the Grand Canal. Everything was as listed. The instructions to find the apartment were outstanding and very important. No way to find this place without them! The air conditioning didn’t work the first night, but it was corrected the next morning. We know water pressure is not the same as the US, but the shower in the back bathroom was definitely well below average driving us to use just the one shower for our two night stay. This would have been a bigger issue if we stayed longer.

Close to the train station, beautiful views from bedroom windows. Clean and very spacious. A little far from main spots, but with it in my opinion for the views and convenience of not having to carry bags across the city

Amazing view!

Very clean apartment with a great view. Nice and close to the train station for coming and going. We would definitely stay here again. Host was very good about sending us directions on how to find the apartment and how to enter.

Great location and views

Great location close to the main drag, with Grand Canal views from the bedrooms (and one bathroom!). Because of the proximity to the Grand Canal, it's not the quietest apartment, but the location is fabulous for getting to everything without being right in the crush of the St. Mark's square area. Our party of two couples found it comfortable for our needs.

Amazing location and plentiful space

Spacious apartment directly on the Grand Canal, with amazing views from the bedroom windows and small balcony off of the bathroom (not sure if that was the original layout ;) Perfect for our family of four. Communication with the host team was fantastic through VRBO and WhatsApp, and they also helped coordinate additional activities in Venice as well as a ride to the airport.

We absolutely were blown away by this apartment. So clean and comfortable and modern with just the right touch of Venetian style. Wonderful location and simply incredible views right on the Grand Canal. You won’t regret staying here. It made our trip to Venice worthwhile!

Good location, but AC needs maintenance.

Location was great and access was easy. The air conditioning system needs maintenance as it would not cool properly. Also, the Nespresso maker was broken but there are plenty of places to get good coffee!

I miss being there already! Perfect location, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, and clean. Many options for restaurants, shops and groceries within a 5 min walk. 10 min or less easy walk from train station and water bus. We felt safe, neighborhood was lovely, air conditioning kept us cool on days that were high 90’s. We would love to visit Venice again, and will definitely be booking this apartment again! The property was very good in every aspect. If at all I have to say something negative then it is the staircase which was steep but then you are in Venice. Very good property and very good property manager. Allowed us to check in early.

We loved the property! Sitting at the window and enjoying the activity on the main canal was great. We could walk or take the water bus conveniently. Entrance to property was secluded which we liked. We would have liked to have a freezer available.

Gorgeous views

The apartment is just like the pictures. You can look out the windows and watch the vaparetti and boats go by. The one suggestion I would make is you need to supply a coffee maker. Other than that we ate in two nights on the balcony, it was lovely

Great location on view on the Grand Canal

Great location and apartment. Wonderful views from every room. Everything was perfect and needed nothing while we were there. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very big in size that could hold a large family. We really enjoyed the location and not having to take luggage all the way across the city on the uneven walks. Close to the water bus but far enough away from the main hustle and bustle of the main alleys. You and just sit for hours watching the boats on the canal. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your apartment, hope to visit again soon.

Lots of space- great views

Getting to the unit was interesting … it’s not hard to find but it is tucked away in a back corner of an alley. The entry into the building was not impressive however the unit itself was very nice. Very spacious, all bedroom windows and a small balcony off the master bath opening to the grand canal. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. A short walk to the train station with no canals to cross so it was easy to get our luggage there. We enjoyed our stay
