Cà Luciano is a cosy apartment located between the Dorsoduro and Santa Croce districts, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma.
Spacious and bright, it features three bedrooms (one double and two singles, one of which has a pull-out bed), a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. With a breathtaking view of the Rio del Malcanton, it can accommodate up to five people. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included for maximum comfort.

Cà Luciano is a beautiful apartment featuring three spacious bedrooms, each with a breathtaking view of the Rio del Malcanton, one of Venice’s most picturesque spots.
The location is perfect for exploring the city: within easy walking distance of the train station and Piazzale Roma, and just a 30-minute walk from the main attractions.
The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle, offers maximum comfort and is ideal even for longer stays.
The apartment is equipped with heating (regulated according to local regulations), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
The living room, with a sofa and TV, is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is available to guests; no space is shared.

Important Information:

Check-in is in person, and to speed up the process, after you book, we’ll ask you to fill out an online check-in form with your information. This will allow us to complete your registration and verify your documents in person quickly.

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, which is not included in your reservation.

Free check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you during this time.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please note that a surcharge will apply, to be paid directly upon arrival along with the tourist tax:

- Between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM: 35€
- Between 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM: 50€
To ensure smooth operations, we cannot accept check-ins after 12:30 AM.
