The food was excellent but rather expensive. Good breakfast. Appreciated charging point and decaffeinated coffee in the room.

Not good anymore
What a shame - I used to stay at this hotel when I worked for a Dutch company many years ago. Now it’s tired and badly needs renovation. Curtains hanging off the rails and as per the attached images - the balcony is covered in leaves and green algae - not cleaned in months. Dreadful white stain in the corridor carpet. Give this hotel a very wide berth!

This is a beautiful hotel, we booked a large room, and it was very clean. This best part about the hotel are the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend

A most unique location, away from any main road leaving residents feeling completely at ease. Staff are attentive and appear well motivated as the service and cleanliness are both exemplary. I cannot fault this hotel without appearing pedantic.

The swimming pool was opened from 7am and was almost empty. Kids had lots of fun swimming, then trainspotting and walking in the woods. Everyone was spoiled with choice at the breakfast. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Service is great and staff are very nice but the huge disappointment was the lack of any air-conditioning. It was far too hot to be able to sleep.

generally quite a good hotel located in a quiet and peaceful place with natural surroundings. something can be improved, window curtain is not very good, the room became very bright in the morning so i couldn’t sleep because it’s too bright. the bed cover is too thick for summer, since there is no AC in the room, why not change a summer cover which is thinner.

Excellent hotel
We stayed with you in February 2019 and throughly enjoyed ourselves so as we were coming back for the limberg carnival Feb 2020 we booked again. My husband booked an executive suite and it was lovely so clean and such a comfortable bed the breakfast staff and bar and restaurant staff made us feel very welcome and we will definitely book again.

Highly recommend
Executive Room very spacious with two balconies. Michelin star quality food in restaurant with superb Waitresses. Travelled with our dog and was perfect to walk him in adjacent forest.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Venlo but it is a easy drive to get there. The hotel is located next to a pond in a wooded area and the building is very quaint. The reception is super helpful, the rooms are super modern and the beds are super comfortable. The walls are a bit on thin side and unfortunately it is quite a noisy hotel due to the door locks used and the nearby very busy train line. The hotel restaurant is excellent but the staff were either understaffed or just really slow when we were there. The hotel pool is excellent and so is the breakfast. I would recommend the hotel to people passing through as a totally worthwhile stay if you do not want to stay close to the motorway.
