"This rental is just as described by owner. It is one of the most comfortable houses I have rented through VRBO. All one level, with comfy living room furniture, and a great view of the lake. All communication was timely with management. We had not been to the Finger Lakes before this trip; we were not aware of the distance between many of the sights in the region. This house is located about 15 minutes from the town of Geneva which has many restaurants and shopping. We were looking to enjoy hikes around some of the waterfalls while enjoying the fall foliage, the two State Parks we visited were about 45 minutes from the rental and did not disappoint. Recommend stopping at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center to get the map of the area, it has many parks, wineries, breweries and other stiles listed."

"We enjoyed our stay in Waterloo. The older home had three bedrooms, including one with a futon, and one shared bathroom. There were plenty of entertainment options, including TVs, VHS tapes, kayaks, fishing poles, and a fire pit. The grocery store was about four miles away, and the home was located in a decent neighborhood.The amenities were basic, so don’t expect Keurig coffee cups or extra condiments. Overall, it was a comfortable, straightforward stay that worked well for our group."

"Property was amazing!! Loved everything about the house. The well stocked kitchen, the beautiful lake and sunset views, sitting on the dock in the Adirondack chairs and hanging in the hot tub. From the welcome wine and chocolate to the slippers and robes and coffee pots in the bedrooms the owners treat their guests like family! It’s a 5 star rental, and I’ve been to many!!"

"We would recommend this property highly! All were delighted by the house, the view and the location. It was all a smooth easy transaction and we didn’t need to call about anything. It was a well stocked house with things like steamers, hair dryers, irons ect. Everyone enjoyed the Finger Lakes and this property was a big part of the experience!"

"What a wonderful retreat! The hosts are warm and wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and you really can't beat the hot tub and water slide. Live music on the weekends in the summer is a blast, and its fun to watch the boats go by in the river on their way to the lake. The boat is docked in a working marina, with a lot of boat traffic, so that's just something to keep in mind. But my family had a blast sliding off into the river and living the boat life :) Highly recommend and we can't wait to hopefully return!!"
