Sun Perch Villas are located on beautiful False River which is a 10.5-mile oxbow lake located in southeastern Louisiana. We are 30 minutes from Baton Rouge and less than an hour from Lafayette. False River is great for fishing (having often held the state record for the largest bass caught) and other water sports including boating, sailing, swimming and water skiing.

The PELICAN AT THE VILLAS, a pleasant 3BR 2 BATH villa on False River in Ventress LA offers a peaceful retreat for guests. With 3 clean bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds as well as a bunk bed and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, this cozy property is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
