"When I landed I did not know that the shuttle was complementary in addition to having free breakfast was plus. My room was well up kept and clean for the most part. I did not appreciate the yellow stains in the tub I had in my room. I assume that comes from heavy foot traffic. I will say there’s a lot of foot traffic from Disney to just simple layovers. Plus you get new towels every single days which I loved! Lastly the strip has a plethora of places to eat. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I believe it need a better upkeep other than that I recommend. "

"My family said everything was great, they left a review in your book on the counter...but I did have to bring them toilet paper, tissues, and a new battery for a fan/light remote that didn't work. Also, the kitchen tongs were broken."

"The place is OK, but I faced issues with the host. I arrived at the property around 3am and the code they provided did not work. I ended up staying in a different hotel that night because nobody would respond before 9am. The following day I got another wrong code, but finally they sent an "alternative code" that worked. I understand this kind of things can happen, but the way they managed was really poor. They offered to reimburse only a little bit more than 50% of the average price per night that I paid, and also less that what I had to paid for the 2-stars hotel I found at 4am... That was infuriating... the argument they used was related to the net income they had for that night (even going as far as deducting the Expedia fee). At the end the point is simple: things can go wrong, but they underdelivered big time on the way of managing that situation."

"Had a great time. The games kept the kids occupied. The bunk beds were a plus. Had a big front and back yard for them to run around. Didnt do any cooking but has a nice size kitchen and dining room for those who want to eat in. Loved the location, close to everything. Neighborhood seemed very family oriented. Would recommend to those who have kids."

"We stayed there for 8 nights. The apartment is located very convenient to every where and very secure. Inside the apartment is neat and stylish. We have everything we need in the kitchen. The property managers are very nice and friendly. It seems that many people speaking Spanish in that area. I am thinking to learn some simple words of Spanish for next time to stay there. "
