"Communications with host were great but house could use a little TLC. Entire screen panel missing on patio along with numerous other holes/tears. Really only 3 bedrooms. Fourth ‘bedroom’ is a loft, so no door and overlooks living area.Some mattresses not very comfortable. Missing some basics - dish towels, dish soap, one dirty pot holder. Need to bring aluminum foil, sugar, salt, salt pepper, oils. Typically some basics are provided at other vrbo properties.AC says not to have lower than 75 but host said to set so we are comfortable. Good location and comfortable just can use a little TLC."

"Overall a good experience. Quiet location. Ideal for solo travelers. I'd give it a 10-out-of-10 if it had a stove top & oven, but space is tight here. A place to hang close would also be nice."
