"The hotel was clean the front desk was bilingual the only problem I noticed was with the restaurant at the hotel had rude wait staff especially towards any person not speaking Spanish. But that a easy fix with some training in proper service of kindness "

I could not regulate it by myself, either when to turn it on and off or the temperature, so I had to walk downstairs to request to turn it on again."
