The apartment is newly built and therefore everything is new, modern and comfortable. It is located in a sunny and quiet area, near the city center and the lake, which can also be easily reached on foot, along a tree-lined avenue. It overlooks the garden and private road and has independent access on the ground floor. Its location allows easy access even for people with mobility difficulties. The equipment present makes the stay easy. It has private parking inside the courtyard or on the street in front of the house.The house is equipped with the safety devices required by law. Our lovely and responsive host helped us by picking us up when we couldnt find a taxi.The house was large, very clean with all we needed, in a quiet area of Intra. The house is not in the centre, a 15 -29 minute stroll to the lakefront. Easy parking.The house would especially suit travellers with a car.

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen im Alter von 15 und 17 Jahren haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Carla und Renzo verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und uns wurden viele gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben.
Die Wohnung ist gross und modern eingerichtet. Unsere beiden Jungs hatten so beide ihr eigenes Zimmer. Ein zweites Bad ist auch vorhanden und die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Kaffeemaschinen sehr komplett ausgestattet. Lediglich die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Sehr positiv ist die schöne Terrasse mit Outdoorküche und Elektrogrill. Wir haben so jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt und einige Male Abends gegessen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuss vom See entfernt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 15 Minuten.
Wir möchten uns noch einmal bei Carla und Renzo für den herzlichen Empfang und die sehr nette Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts bedanken. Danke Carla für den Salat und die Tomaten aus dem Garten.
Tutto, a parte il tempo instabile, è stato per noi, due coppie anziane, apprezzato in modo più che positivo. La signora Carla, che ci ha ricevuti all'arrivo, ed il signor Renzo, proprietari dell'immobile in cui abbiamo soggiornato, sono persone su cui si può avere consigli di ogni genere inerenti al soggiorno. L'alloggio, da poco restaurato, era veramente al top. Non molto distante dal centro ed in zona silenziosa.
Gute Raumaufteilung und gute (Küchen-)Ausstattung mit freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und diskreten Gastgebern im Haus. Ruhige Lage und ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum See.
