The residence La Collina consists of two buildings divided into several apartments and an apartment next to the pool. The Leccino apartment is located on the ground floor of the yellow house and has a breathtaking lake view. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bright and spacious living area and a beautiful terrace with incomparable lake view.
All apartments have a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The garden with the fabulous panoramic infinity pool makes you feel in a little corner of paradise in complete relaxation and after a swim you can delight yourself with a barbecue party in the nearby barbecue area.
The property has several common areas including: panoramic infinity pool, parking, barbecue area, bike shelter area, outdoor and indoor play area, large garden and laundry.

One day stay in Vercana
The property was a stunning location in the hills above Lake Como and was plenty of room for our family of five with an amazing deck to hang out on in the evening. Communication in English was a challenge with both the owner and property manager however not a huge issue. Two bigger issues was the lack of communication about what pools were accessible to the family which caused an issue with one of the rude guests. As a heads up, there is a second pool that can only be used by certain guests but there is no signage to indicate such restriction. Additionally, there was no soap or shampoo provided by the property which was not advertised and extremely unusual for an experienced traveler.
