"The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurant options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were traveling with our two-year-old, and they made a genuine effort to make her feel welcome and at home, which made a big difference for us. "

"It is an apartment, not a hotel room. Mine was on the ground floor and there were people walking past and laughing which made it hard to get to sleep but it was very clean. The check-in process was a little surprising in that an app asked me to scan my passport and then let me pay the local tax. The next morning was confusing because they sent me an email saying that I needed to pay the tax and for a minute I thought I'd been scammed and that I had given my passport and my credit card number. They did apologize later that they had sent out a standard email that didn't take into account that I had indeed paid on a legitimate site. There was a couple hours of panic that could have been easily avoided by them tailoring email."
