"South Alex is an AMAZING complex. Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of closet space with a full size washer and dryer. Ice maker on the fridge, nice view from the balcony and private parking available was also a plus. I will definitely be staying here again. The communication with the host does need to be better especially prior to your stay. But overall I was please and glad I made this choice."

"Most of the staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms we acceptable. The breakfast need work. Overall the stay was okay. The only downside was the next door nightly group that decided to hold their gatherings right outside my window other than that i highly recommend this place if you need to get away and let loose and be you "

"The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again "
